Working with a well-established area business to build stronger brand recognition and community relationships. Our strategy was to streamline existing communications and unify the message. To deliver we established a character to be the spokesperson for the company, Ginger. Ginger is now the voice and mouthpiece for Cascade Village Shopping Center. She is positioned to drive communications on all fronts from a re-vamped website, billboards, radio and TV ads, collateral materials, HTML surveys and newsletters as well as live events. By implementing this strategy our client has been able to connect on a greater level with their clientele and create actual dialog and effective feedback for all businesses represented at Cascade Village Shopping Center.
